Is Craigslist going to kill Ebay???

Craigslist is becoming increasingly popular in today’s world. You can get all kinds of stuff, from couches to kittens, to a brand new car, and most importantly, real estate! In theory, this is pretty much like Ebay, but with easier access to listings in your area. You can look at listings in your town (most major cities in major countries) or ones nearby. Also, you don’t have to go through the hassle of bidding on items or the disappointment of losing out to a higher bidder. In addition to this, you can have more of a personal relationship with the seller. Some may not view this as a positive aspect, but the “human touch” is being lost in a lot of business transactions nowadays. Most importantly, it is FREE to list things on Craigslist, while you have to pay to list items on Ebay. Who doesn’t like free?!
However, Ebay is a trusted online venue that has been around for a while… Ebay is even the parent company to another mega-company PayPal.
Both are fantastic places to find real estate!!!
So the question is: With its ever increasing popularity… Is Craigslist Going to kill Ebay??? What do you think?
