HUD secretary, Shaun Donovan, announced HUD approval of using the $8,000 first time homebuyer’s tax credit to apply toward a down payment!!! This is huge news!
Basically now all we need is lenders to implement this into loan programs.
Basically its going to work thru short term bridge loans so that the lender gives you $8,000 to close on a house and at the first of next year they get your $8,000 tax return…
